CREATORS AND STRATEGISTS WHO ACTUALLY GROW YOUTUBE CHANNELS
Andrew Kan and Ike Do built The Kan Do Creators Community for YouTube creators who want real strategy, not vague advice. We are creators first, still making videos and growing channels right alongside you. We run live group coaching calls, review your content before you publish, and teach the KANDO Method that has helped grow over a million subscribers across YouTube.
WHY WE BUILT THE KDCC
After 5 and a half years at TubeBuddy helping creators grow, Andrew Kan and Ike Do still wanted to help creators, and they saw a gap nobody was filling. There are plenty of resources for big teams or brands with budgets. Plenty for brand new channels looking for basics. However, for the YouTube creators in the middle? Almost nothing.
That middle ground is where most YouTube creators live. Limited time. Limited money. Big ideas. That is exactly who The Kan Do Creators Community was built for.
Andrew Kan spent years as the YouTube strategist behind TubeBuddy, growing their channel from 6,000 to over 530,000 subscribers and earning Silver, Gold, and Diamond Play Buttons along the way. He has consulted on YouTube strategy for the NFL, BBC, Nickelodeon, and Salesforce, and has spoken at VidCon, VidSummit, and Adobe events.
Ike Do built the communities that made TubeBuddy more than just a tool. They grew TubeBuddy's Discord to 15,000+ creators, scaled the forums to over 100,000 members, and became the person creators turned to when they needed real feedback. Today, Ike runs monetized YouTube channels of their own and leads The KDCC Discord community.
We did not build The KDCC to sell courses or hand out motivational advice. We built it because we are still creating, still growing, and we wanted a place where YouTube creators get the same level of strategy and feedback we give each other.
THE KANDO METHOD
The KANDO Method is a free five-step YouTube growth framework created by Andrew Kan. Use it before you film your next video, or use it right now on an older video that stopped growing. Andrew Kan used these five steps to grow the TubeBuddy YouTube channel from 6,000 to over 530,000 subscribers.
Andrew Kan and Ike Do teach the KANDO Method through free resources and group coaching sessions inside The KDCC.
