Andrew Kan spent the foundational years at TubeBuddy, working directly with the founders on livestreaming brand partnerships and making sure the deliverables shipped, while growing the channel from 6,000 to 530,000+ subscribers.

Ike Do worked with those same brand partners on the community side, growing TubeBuddy's Discord to 15,000+ creators and co-managing forums that reached 100,000+ members, one of the largest YouTube creator communities online.

We understand your KPIs and we know how creators actually deliver, because we have worked both sides: brand-side and creator-side, first inside TubeBuddy and now running The Kan Do Creators Community ourselves. Few creator communities are led by people who have done both.

The Kan Do Creators Community audience

Creators brands want to reach.

The Kan Do Creators Community is where serious YouTube creators come to grow. Andrew Kan and Ike Do built it as a place for working creators to find strategy, feedback, and people doing the same hard work. The brands they trust become part of how they create, not just what they buy.

What a partnership is built from

Eight formats. One long-term partnership.

Most creator deals are one sponsored video, and they are done the week they go live. The Kan Do Creators Community runs eight formats across YouTube, Discord, The KDCC Newsletter, and The KDCC Blog. They work better stacked, because creators need to see a tool more than once before they trust it. We will take a good one-off, but we build for the long haul.

What happens when you get in touch

Written placements currently start at $500 and video partnerships at $1,000, with more channels, longer programs, and category exclusivity all carrying a premium on top of that. Send us what you are trying to hit, the budget range you are working inside, and your timing, and we will come back with a scope and a number within two business days, or tell you honestly if we are not the right fit rather than take the budget.

Brand reference

What it’s like partnering with The KDCC.

StreamYard brought Andrew Kan in to help grow the StreamYard YouTube channel. That work then turned into a brand partnership that was worth it on both sides, which is how one of our first partner relationships started. Here is what they said:

Joanne Watt, former Head of Marketing for StreamYard
Joanne Watt Former Head of Marketing · StreamYard

“I had the opportunity to work with Andrew Kan while I was the Marketing Manager at StreamYard, where we needed someone to help us take our YouTube presence to the next level from start to finish. That included planning, content strategy, video creation, and overall channel growth. Andrew Kan stepped in and became a key partner in that effort. We leaned on him heavily, and he delivered.

During that time, Andrew Kan helped grow the StreamYard YouTube channel from 50,000 to over 100,000 subscribers, which was a major milestone for the team.

What sets Andrew Kan apart is how methodical and thoughtful he is in his approach. He is not just focused on creating and posting videos. He looks at the full picture and thinks about how to build a long-term presence. His work is intentional, data-informed, and always aligned with sustainable growth rather than short-term wins.

I also had the chance to work with Andrew Kan again later on, which reinforced everything I had seen the first time. He is consistent, detail-oriented, and brings a level of strategic thinking that makes a real impact.

Andrew Kan is someone you can trust to own YouTube growth end to end and to approach it in a way that actually builds something meaningful over time.”

Before you get in touch

What brands ask us first.

Pricing, reporting, timelines, ownership, and who we actually work with. These are the questions that come up on almost every discovery call with The Kan Do Creators Community. If yours is not here, ask it in the form and Andrew Kan or Ike Do will answer it straight.

How much does a YouTube creator sponsorship cost?

Written placements such as a newsletter feature or a blog article currently start at $500, and video partnerships currently start at $1,000, though where your number lands above that depends on the format, how many channels it runs across, how long it runs, and whether you want category exclusivity, which carries a premium. Multi-channel campaigns and year-long ambassador programs are scoped individually, so send us your goal, the budget range you are working inside, and your timing, and The Kan Do Creators Community will come back with a scope and a real number within two business days.

What is creator marketing?

Creator marketing is paying a creator to feature your product inside content their audience already trusts, instead of buying ad space around it. The Kan Do Creators Community runs it across YouTube, Discord, The KDCC Newsletter, and The KDCC Blog, and reports verified clicks and paying conversions rather than impressions.

How do you measure the ROI of a creator partnership?

With UTM-tagged links and conversions confirmed inside the brand's own dashboard. The Kan Do Creators Community reports impressions, click-through rate, verified clicks to your landing page, and paying signups. Across Andrew Kan's own content, 50,000+ verified clicks have produced 3,000+ paying conversions, a conversion rate of roughly 6%. Those figures are compiled from YouTube Studio and partner-side dashboards, and we will walk you through the raw numbers on a call.

What happens if a campaign underperforms?

We look at the data before anyone discusses makegoods. Week one is noise, week four starts to mean something, and long-form YouTube keeps earning through search for months after publication. If the numbers are genuinely short after a fair window, The Kan Do Creators Community offers extra distribution across the other channels or an extended run, and explains what we think went wrong.

Is a creator partnership better than a one-off sponsored video?

For most brands, yes, because creators rarely buy on first exposure. A single video ends the week it goes live. The Kan Do Creators Community builds ongoing programs across eight formats so the same creators see your product repeatedly, and so the attribution data has enough volume to be worth reading. We will still take a good one-off brief when the fit is right.

How is this different from an influencer marketing agency?

An agency finds creators for you, takes a commission, and hands you the relationship to manage. The Kan Do Creators Community is the creator. You work with Andrew Kan and Ike Do directly, with no agency layer, no commission stack, and no account manager between you and the person making the video.

How long does it take to go live?

Three to four weeks for a single sponsored YouTube integration, four to six weeks for a multi-channel campaign, and about two weeks to start an ongoing ambassador program. A tight window is sometimes possible if the brief is locked. If a date is unrealistic, The Kan Do Creators Community will say so upfront rather than miss it.

Who owns sponsored content after the campaign ends?

Content published on The Kan Do Creators Community's own channels stays with the community permanently and remains part of the creator education library. Content produced for your channels belongs to you. Paid media rights, including ads, boosting, and whitelisting, run for the partnership term. All of it is written into the contract before work begins.

Can a brand get category exclusivity?

Yes, with a rate premium that reflects the work turned away. The specific competing brands covered are named in the contract so neither side is guessing at the definition. Partnerships with The Kan Do Creators Community are non-exclusive by default unless exclusivity is requested.

What kinds of brands do you turn down?

Anything that breaks the YouTube Terms of Service, starting with guaranteed views, subscribers, or engagement. The Kan Do Creators Community also turns down AI slop, meaning tools built to mass-produce content with nobody in the loop, affiliate-only deals, manipulative funnels, speculative crypto and NFT products, products that exploit user data, and brands that are not LGBTQIA+ friendly. If your product uses AI it has to be creator first and AI second, because AI does not replace humans. The full standard is in the Kan Do Creators Community Code of Ethics, and it applies to sponsors as much as it applies to us.

What kinds of brands does The Kan Do Creators Community work with?

Brands serving working YouTube creators: creator tools, SaaS platforms, cameras and gear, editing software, and monetization platforms. Andrew Kan is currently an Ambassador for Adobe Express and Elgato and a Brand Partner with OpusClip and TubeSpanner, while The Kan Do Creators Community has also worked with StreamYard, Artlist, and JOBY. We only take on products we would genuinely use, and we will not run a campaign for a direct competitor of a current partner at the same time.
