About the KDCC

The Kan Do Creators Community (KDCC) is where creators come to grow with guidance, support, and tools designed to help you thrive on YouTube and beyond.

Founded by Andrew Kan and Ike Do, the KDCC exists to empower creators at every stage of the journey. Whether you’re just starting out or scaling to full-time, we believe success shouldn’t depend on expensive tools, secret hacks, or who you know. It should start with community, education, and the belief that your voice matters. Every winner was once a beginner!

Who is the KDCC

Andrew Kan helped build TubeBuddy’s YouTube channel from 6,000 to over 530,000+ subscribers, Andrew has helped  YouTube creators worldwide grow their YouTube channels, and was instrumental in earning a diamond play button for his previous employers. He has taken that knowledge and brings it to the KDCC.

Ike Do is the community builder behind TubeBuddy’s Community success, growing their community team and Discord server to 15,000+ creators and managing the forums that reached over 100,000 members. Ike's the steady hand behind the conversations, connections, email, and culture that makes the KDCC thrive.

Together, we’ve built the KDCC as a place that’s grounded in experience, care, and creator-first values. We believe if you lead in service, then service finds it's way back to you! Learn more about our free discord server!

Why we built the KDCC

After leaving TubeBuddy and striking out on our own, we noticed something missing. There were a lot of resources for big creators with teams and budgets, and a lot of advice for people just starting out but not much for everyone in between.

That middle ground is where most creators live. Trying to grow with limited time, limited money, and big ideas. That’s why we built the KDCC. To be the space we wish existed when we were building. So whether you're a beginner or already a winner we have a spot for you!

No hype. No inflated promises. Just honest guidance, real support, and creators helping creators.
