If something is not working, reach out through our contact form and we will review your request. Here is how it works:
You can request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase as long as the work has not started yet, meaning your Strategy Session has not happened, your Channel Audit calls have not begun, or your Monthly Advisory has not had its first scheduled call. Once Andrew Kan has started the work, including any session you booked but did not attend, all sales are final. Refunds are full or none. We do not issue partial refunds for partially completed work.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If your card has been closed or replaced since purchase, your bank will typically route the refund to your new card or deliver it another way, which can take a bit longer.
Need to reschedule? Just give us a heads up through the contact form and we will find a new time that works. We get it, life happens. The only thing we ask is that you do not no-show without telling us, since that time was held just for you.
If Andrew has to cancel on his end, we will reach out to find a new time that works for both of you.
Just reach out before opening a chargeback so we can sort it out directly. We are reasonable people and we would rather make it right than argue about it.
