How The KDCC works

What your first month of The KDCC group coaching membership looks like

  1. Step 01

Join the member-only area of the website, set up your profile

So we know your channel before you ask for your first review

  2. Step 02

    Check the schedule

Coaching calls, Q&A, and office hours, all posted ahead

  3. Step 03

Join the calls for your tier

Knowledge, 2 a month. Authority, those plus 2 more, so 4 in total

  4. Step 04

Ask for a review in the member area

Your channel, title, thumbnail, description, pacing, or analytics. The more you tell us, the sharper the feedback

  5. Step 05

Run the KANDO Method on your next upload

Plan from a system, not a blank page

  6. Step 06

Change one thing, then bring it back

We can see what moved and what to try next, so every review builds on the last one

See Andrew Kan's fair but firm review style

See what a review looks like before you ever ask for yours.

Andrew Kan works through real channels on stream. The About section, the banner, the playlists, the thumbnails, the titles, and the transcript YouTube is reading to decide what your video is even about. Small things, quietly costing views and watch time, each with a fix attached.

How fast your own channel moves is down to your channel and what you do with the feedback. We will not promise you a subscriber count, but we will always tell you what we would fix first.

Larry of Home Rapid Repair, YouTube creator and KDCC Authority member
"Andrew Kan spotted that my thumbnail text was unreadable. I had white text on a white background. Andrew Kan has reviewed my first 30 seconds and told me why the hook was a weak promise. Andrew Kan taught me to use pinned comments for my affiliate links. With each new idea I see the growth in video performance and overall channel income."

KennethRacing, YouTube creator and KDCC member
"Since joining KDCC 5 months ago, Kenneth Racing went from 60 to 340 subscribers and over 62,000 total views. A 24-hour livestream during the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps event reached 1.2K+ viewers, my most successful stream ever. KDCC taught me how important thumbnails, titles, and presentation really are."
KennethRacing 60 to 340 subscribers · Knowledge member since 2025
"When I joined KDCC I was at around 10 subscribers. I'm now at 303 subscribers on my drawing channel with around 100,000 views, 12K of those from longform. I improved my thumbnail style and my CTR went from 2.3% to 6–10% on recent uploads. Some of that was my own research, but a lot of it came from the tips and thumbnail reviews I got from the KDCC."

Before you join The KDCC

When we're the wrong fit

We'd rather you know now than cancel in a month. If any of these sound like you, keep your money or look at 1:1 consulting with Andrew Kan instead.

You want someone in your channel every week

Group calls are shared time. If you need dedicated attention, that's 1:1 consulting, not this.

You want a number promised to you

We won't tell you you'll hit 10,000 subscribers. Nobody honestly can, and anyone who does is guessing.

You want your channel run for you

We find what's holding it back and tell you what to fix. You still make the video.

You want a course you finish once

This is ongoing coaching that changes as YouTube changes. If you want a start-to-end curriculum, buy a course.

The KDCC membership FAQ

What creators ask before joining The KDCC.

The free trial, what changes and when, pricing, coaching calls, the KANDO Method, and how cancellation works. Answered by Andrew Kan and Ike Do.

What is The KDCC membership?

The KDCC membership is YouTube group coaching from Andrew Kan and Ike Do, both former TubeBuddy operators. You get live group coaching calls, monthly SEO and channel reviews on videos you submit, member-only Discord channels where every question is answered within 48 hours, a replay library of 40+ past sessions, and the KANDO Method growth framework. There are three tiers: Free, Knowledge at $19.99 per month, and Authority at $49.99 per month.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every paid tier starts with a 7-day free trial, and you are not billed until it ends. From the moment you join you get the 40+ session replay library on the KDCC site and the member-only Discord, so there is no waiting for a scheduled call to get value. You can cancel during the trial and pay nothing. The Free tier is separate and never expires, with no card required at all.

How much does The KDCC membership cost?

Free is $0, Knowledge is $19.99 per month, and Authority is $49.99 per month. Paying annually gives you two months free, which works out at $16.59 per month for Knowledge and $41.49 per month for Authority. Your checkout may show this as 17% off, which is the same saving. Free includes the KANDO Method framework, the weekly Kan Do Newsletter, the Channel Setup Guide, and the free KDCC community with 2,500+ YouTube creators.

How long before I see something change on my channel?

In week one you can work through the 40+ session replay library and post a thumbnail or title in the member-only Discord, where Andrew Kan and Ike Do answer every question within 48 hours. Inside your first month you will have submitted a video for SEO and channel review and joined a live coaching call, so you know specifically what to fix next rather than guessing. What happens after that depends on your channel and how much you apply. We do not promise subscriber numbers, and anyone who does is guessing.

Is The KDCC beginner-friendly?

Yes. The KDCC supports YouTube creators at every stage, from people who have not uploaded a single video yet to channels already earning income. Our members range from a few hundred subscribers to nearly 50,000. The Free tier gets you the KANDO Method growth framework, the Channel Setup Guide, the weekly Kan Do Newsletter, the KDCC Blog, and a Discord with 2,500+ YouTube creators. When you want live coaching and reviews of your own videos, Knowledge and Authority are there.

Should I start with Knowledge or Authority?

Start with Knowledge at $19.99 per month if you are posting but still guessing what to fix. You get 2 group coaching calls a month, monthly SEO and channel reviews, member-only Discord answered within 48 hours, the 40+ session replay library, and the Growth Template Vault. Choose Authority at $49.99 per month if YouTube is becoming real income. Authority is capped at 25 members so there is room for your channel on every call, Andrew Kan answers your Discord questions himself rather than the team, and you get 4 calls a month plus quarterly workshops on monetization and retention. Both start with a 7-day free trial and you can move between tiers whenever your channel does.

What happens on the group coaching calls?

Andrew Kan and Ike Do run the calls, and they are about your channel rather than YouTube in general. Each one covers what YouTube is actively rewarding right now, recent algorithm shifts, format changes, and the growth levers working this week, then moves to your questions. Knowledge members get 2 calls a month. Authority members get 4, including Authority-only sessions with live feedback on your content. Calls run on Fridays and every one is recorded for the replay library.

What if I can't make it to live coaching calls?

Missing one costs you nothing. Every session is recorded and added to the replay library on the KDCC site, which already holds 40+ past sessions you can work through at your own pace. Each replay includes actionable next steps. Paid members also get member-only Discord channels where Andrew Kan, Ike Do, or KDCC staff answer every question within 48 hours, so you can post your thumbnail or title question any time and get real feedback without waiting for a call.

Is The KDCC worth it if I'm not posting videos regularly?

Yes, and many members join specifically because they are stuck in that exact spot. Inconsistent posting is usually a strategy problem, not a motivation problem. The KANDO Method gives you a repeatable YouTube growth framework so you are not planning every video from a blank page. Group coaching calls with Andrew Kan and Ike Do help you build a real content strategy. The Discord keeps you accountable to other creators working through the same thing. You do not need to be uploading weekly to get value from The KDCC.

What's the difference between KDCC membership and 1:1 YouTube consulting with Andrew Kan?

Membership is group coaching, starting at $19.99 per month, for creators who want ongoing community, monthly accountability, and live coaching alongside other YouTubers. 1:1 YouTube consulting is private strategy work with Andrew Kan, starting at $199.99 for a 90-minute Strategy Session, with Channel Audits at $999.99 and Monthly Advisory at $2,499.99 per month for brands, teams, and creators who need dedicated attention. If you want Andrew's personal answers without the 1:1 price, Authority is the middle ground: he answers Authority Discord questions himself, and the tier is capped at 25 members.

Can I cancel my KDCC membership? Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Knowledge and Authority are monthly subscriptions you can cancel anytime in your account settings. There is no annual contract and no cancellation fee, and your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Cancel during the 7-day free trial and you are never billed at all. After that, refunds are available within the first 30 days. Contact us within that window and we'll take care of it.
