KDCC Membership FAQ

What do I actually get inside the membership?
You’ll get coaching call replays, feedback on your videos, SEO reviews, member-only Discord chats, and tools made to help creators grow. Everything is focused on progress, not pressure.
How often are the calls, and how long are they?
Knowledge calls run monthly for 60 minutes. Authority calls happen bi-weekly for 90 minutes. All calls are in Pacific Time, and we skip major holidays. You’ll see the full call schedule inside once you join.
What if I can’t attend live coaching calls?
No problem. Replays are always available, and we share takeaways so you can still get the value even if you can't join live.
Is this beginner-friendly?
Yes. We’ve helped creators at every level, from first uploads to channels with hundreds of thousands of subscribers. You’ll get clear steps, practical guidance, and a supportive community.
What’s the difference between this and YouTube memberships?
This is our full membership. You get coaching call replays, extra tools, deeper feedback, and more perks. The YouTube Membership is just for supporting the channel and getting emoji access during livestreams. KDCC is where the real community and creator tools live.
How does “2 months free” actually work?
When you choose the yearly plan, you only pay for 10 months. That’s a 17% discount for joining long-term.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel a monthly or yearly membership at any time. Your access stays active until the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of that period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Do you offer refunds?
We do. If KDCC isn’t the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. After that 30-day window, all payments are non-refundable, but you can still cancel anytime to avoid future charges. Please contact us at contact@support.kdcc.social.
When do I get access to paid tools?
After 45 days of active membership, you’ll unlock access to select paid tools and perks available only to members.
How do I access the private Discord or resources?
You’ll receive a direct invite after joining. Inside Discord you’ll find channels for feedback, content planning, wins, and member-only resources.
Is there a free option?
Yes. You can join the Free Membership tier, connect in our Discord community, and read our Creator Blog for actionable tips. When you’re ready for deeper coaching and feedback, upgrade anytime.
