YouTube Watch Hours Visualizer

Your watch hours are years of somebody's life

A watch hour is an hour a real person spent looking at something you made instead of everything else on earth. Type the number from YouTube Studio and this page turns it into time you can picture: days, school years, whole lifetimes. For scale, 4,000 qualified watch hours is 166 days of nonstop playback and about 74% of a bachelor's degree. Built by Andrew Kan and Ike Do at The Kan Do Creators Community.

Reality check

Most channels never clear 4,000 qualified watch hours, and it is rarely for lack of uploading. The gap is usually retention, not volume. Work that out with creators who already cleared it.
