About KDCC: Creators Helping Creators

The Kan Do Creators Community (KDCC) is where YouTube creators and video storytellers come to grow with expert guidance, real feedback, and a supportive network that shows up.

Our mission is to help you thrive on YouTube without the burnout or guesswork. We teach creators how to build smarter with proven strategies, SEO insight, and an active community that’s accessible to everyone.

Founded by YouTube strategist Andrew Kan and community builder Ike Do, KDCC exists so creators never have to grow alone. Whether you’re just starting or ready to scale, you’ll find clear steps, honest feedback, and creators who care about your progress as much as you do.

Because at KDCC, we believe every winner was once a beginner and when creators support each other, everyone grows.

KDCC: Who We Are

Andrew Kan grew TubeBuddy’s YouTube channel from 6,000 to 530,000+ subscribers. He has also helped earn a YouTube Diamond Play Button on his previous team. He’s helped thousands of creators improve titles, thumbnails, retention, and strategy, and now brings that same hands on approach to the KDCC and his own YouTube channel.

Ike Do is the community builder behind TubeBuddy’s creator success. They helped grow TubeBuddy's Discord to 15,000+ creators, while the TubeBuddy forums they co-managed reached 100,000+ members. They're the steady hand behind the conversations, connections, and culture that keep a creator space welcoming.

Together, we built the KDCC as a place grounded in experience, care, and creator first values. We believe if you lead with service and share what works then growth follows. That’s how we run this community every day.

Why we built the KDCC

After leaving TubeBuddy, we wanted to continue to help creators grow their skills and we also noticed a gap in the market. There are plenty of resources for big teams with budgets, and lots of tips for brand new channels, but not much for the creators in between.

That middle ground is where most creators live. Limited time, limited money, big ideas. That’s why we built the Kan Do Creators Community (KDCC), a dedicated place for YouTube growth, video strategy, and creator collaboration.

It’s the space we wish existed when we were starting. Here you can get YouTube SEO tips, algorithm insights, video and thumbnail reviews, and community driven feedback all designed to improve retention and reach. We also share free and affordable tools, monetization strategies, and content resources to help you work smarter, not harder.

Whether you’re a beginner or already a winner, there’s a spot for you.

No hype. No inflated promises. Just honest guidance, real support, and creators helping creators, all focused on sustainable YouTube success.
