What's changing on Nov 6

• One paid plan: KDCC Membership. Knowledge and Authority both become KDCC Membership.
• New members pay $99.99 a month or $995.90 a year.
  Paid membership is capped at 75 people. When it's full, we start a waitlist.
• The 7 day free trial and 30 day refund stay the same.

Authority members
Your price stays the same for as long as your membership stays active. The room is growing from 25 to 75. If that's not what you signed up for, tell us by Dec 6 and we'll refund the unused part of your plan.

Knowledge members
On Nov 6 you move to KDCC Membership and get everything in it. From your first renewal on or after Nov 6, you pay $14.99 a month instead of $19.99.

Keep your card up to date
If a payment doesn't go through, your membership usually cancels right away and your old price goes with it. We can fix it once if you tell us within 7 days.

New: we check in if you go quiet
If you go 60 days without showing up, we'll reach out. If we still can't reach you, we may end the membership and refund the time you haven't used. That's our call, not a refund you can request.
